Lovely spacious place with balcony.

− Check in was inflexible - 4pm. Check out was also inflexible at 10am. This meant we had wasted time before being able to access the flat.

Overall loved the location and stay! The staff were very responsive too!

The location was amazing right near the Shimo-Kitazawa station. The view was incredible especially at sunset. The laundry was a nice touch plus the amount of towels provided

− There was a musky smell when we first entered. Once the air con was on and windows open it was fine. For the top bunk, not a lot of air flow so it was harder to sleep up there

Excellent location for exploring Shimokitazawa. Quite large room, even for European standards. Plenty of space for opening luggage. Great with area to sit and open large window. Comfortable beds. Nice touch with coffee, snack, and water.

− Forgot that check in is 16 and that this is not a staffed hotel. Needed to store luggage, but found a great fix within a 3 minute walk. Just remember, especially if you are flying in as we did.

Such a memorable and fun stay thank you! Can't wait to return to Shimokitazawa again one day soon.

Best location! We really appreciated the generous balcony and being right in the centre of Shimokitazawa. Very spacious and clean and no shortage of fun and amazing food right on the door step. Loved it!

What we loved A great find in Tokyo, in such a cool area, just two minutes from the train station and the vintage shopping district. We stayed in an apartment on the 5th floor with lovely views over the city. This company really knows how to impress. Nice touches included ear plugs, chocolate popcorn, and a facial spray and moisturiser in the bathroom. The apartment itself was spacious and really well done. We only stayed one night on our way out, and wished we'd discovered this place on the way in instead. We'll definitely rebook here. Two large double beds - bunk beds. A couple of practical notes: there's no reception, so you log in yourself. You pre-register your passports and get a pin code, so make sure you do this in advance before you arrive on-site. Wifi was good, and there's a washing machine in the apartment too.

− What we didn't like Please add some tea options for non-coffee drinkers; only coffee was offered. Other than that, couldn't fault this place. I've travelled all around the world, and this was amazing. Nice work !!!
