Contract was not fulfilled by the company.
1.0− The room was dirty, garbage bags, closets filled with owner‘s clothes, bed dirty. Room key was long time not available. WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THIS PLACE. Company long time didn’t answer inquiries. Needed external help from other real estate company to get access to the key. „BE HAPPY“-Company finally replied via email and sent apologies and promised total refund. But didn’t sent money back until today
