Super logement pour une famille. Nous étions 3 et franchement c’était top. 2 chambres séparées avec un lit 140 chacune, une deco soignée, un séjour/cuisine agréable et bien équipé, et des sanitaires pratiques comme on sait faire au Japon. Le contact avec le propriétaire s’est très bien passé. Il nous a alerté sur un tremblement de terre en cours et, à la fin du séjour, nous a proposé de décaler notre checkout sans frais. Geste très sympa. Par ailleurs le quartier d’Akabane est plutôt vivant et agréable.

− On n’est pas dans le centre de Tokyo donc si on veut y passer la soirée, il faut prévoir 15mn de train pour le retour + 13 mn de marche pour le logement ou un bus. Mais ça se fait très bien.

Excellent value if visiting Tokyo, would definitely recommend.

#1 : The Host. Thanks for the hospitality when in your property. And ofcourse for the almond cookies. The property so clean. Full of amenities more than hotel. 2 Bedroom modern style and japanase. If you read the direction in the map from Akabane station, trust me, thats not that far and complicated. The fact is, you only need to go straight and turn left once. But i took taxi from Akabane Station and the cost only 600 Yen. The neighborhood is very cute. In some area you will find interesting and fotogenic building. Family mart near. If you need place to in Tokyo without the crowd but still get the vibes, you can stay here.

With this property being located outside of the busier parts of Tokyo but still close to everything via train, the slower and quiet of the area was perfect. So easy to get to and from the Akabame train station (~10 miniute walk). The accommodation itself was perfect with the two separate rooms and larger space than other places we stayed at.

東京ディズニーランドで遊んだ後、次の日に国立科学博物館に行くために、宿泊させていただきました。 周辺道路：決して広い道ではありません。大型車両で不慣れな方は少し気を使うかもしれません。 部屋：思った以上に綺麗で快適でした。部屋の所々に古さを感じますが、宿泊には問題を感じませんでした。 綺麗なファミリー向けアパートの1室って感じです。 寝具：清潔で快適に寝ることができました。大人3、子供1でしたが、あまり狭さを感じること無く寝れました。 トイレ、お風呂、台所：お湯が出ないなど無く快適でした。シャンプー等も完備されていてよかったです。水回りによくあるカビ臭さ等も無かったです。 食器も一通りあってコンビニ等で買ったものを食べるのに困りませんでした。 駐車場：宿泊先には駐車場はないですが、すぐ隣にコインパーキングがありました。夜間は低予算で駐車できます。ただ、2台分しかないので曜日によっては埋まっているかも。それでも周辺にコインパーキングは他にたくさんありました。 ディズニーリゾートからだと少し距離がありますが、金額等考えると非常によかったです。次回も機会があればぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

− あまりないですが、強いて言えば、 ・無料で使い捨ての備品が何かよくわからない と思いました。 こちらが不慣れという点もありますが、歯ブラシや割り箸、タオルなど、どこまでが無料対応か事前に分かると良いかなと思いました。
