2.0Gute Lage
− Das Futon hat muffig gerochen und hatte Flecken. Auf Nachfrage konnte lediglich das Betttuch getauscht werden, was den Geruch nicht verbessert hat. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass es sehr warm und schwül in der Wohnung war. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Mangel zunächst verneint. Auf unsere bitte ist eine Mitarbeiterin vorbeigekommen, um sich die Anlage anzuschauen. Auch hier wurde zunächst kein Mangel gesehen und uns gesagt, wir hätten die Anlage mit unserer Einstellung verwirrt. Da wir uns bereits entschlossen hatten die Unterkunft frühzeitig zu verlassen, wollten wir wenigstens die übrigen Nächte sowie einen Teil der Reinigungsgebühr zurückerhalten, worauf sich der Eigentümer nach Rücksprache mit der Mitarbeiterin auch eingelassen hat. Nachdem wir in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen waren, wurde dann auch der Mangel an der Klimaanlage eingesehen. Schlussendlich nach viel Diskussion also einigermaßen kulanter Service.

10.0Helt fantastiske 4 nætter vi har haft på dette sted. Efter en lang rejse igennem Japan var vi virkelig glade for at kunne tilbringe de sidste nætter et sted hvor der var ro og masser af plads. Lejligheden er meget fin og med alle faciliteter som man kunne have brug for. Ejeren har dog været det bedste og var utrolig flink og sød. Kommunikationen var hurtigt og hjælpsomt. Placeringen er også rigtig fin til prisen og ligger ikke langt væk fra nærmeste station.
