8.0La ubicación es excelente, cerca a Puerta del Sol y de la estación Callao, en el centro de Madrid!. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades para un par de días en Madrid.
− La noche que llegamos el edificio estaba oscuro, el apartamento está en el cuarto piso (hay ascensor) cuando salimos del ascensor tuvimos que encender los celulares para buscar el número del apartamento, según nos comentó al día siguiente el anfitrión hay un interruptor pero en la oscuridad no se veía.

8.0La ubicación, las comodidades, la disposición de Joaquín como anfitrión. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y él se ocupó de manera inmediata y responsable de solucionar el tema.

The perfect spot
9.0The position of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of Madrid and close to the main touristic attractions. It has everything you need. The AC was really appreciated.The place is not big but very cosy. The host was nice and available. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Квартира студия, есть всё необходимое, душ, туалет, двухспальная кровать, холодильник , посуда и т.д. , чисто, уютно, выход на главную площадь, рядом много исторических памятников, хозяин постоянно на связи, решает вопросы, но при этом не навязчив. Нам с женой очень понравилось, если будет возможность обязательно вернёмся.

9.0Muchas gracias y felicidades a Joaquín, el propietario, estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo (vía wasap). Nos facilitó dejar las maletas el último día. El apartamento está en puro centro de Madrid. Limpio en grado máximo. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario.
− El portal, el ascensor y los pasillos del edificio necesitan una actualización urgente. El baño del apartamento es un poco pequeño, pero suficiente.
