9.01 房間的位置很好, 離地鐵站很近, 連結其他景點的車站很方便,附近有很多家超市 2 房間在一樓 面積算大, 很有設計感 3 有廚房且有很多調味料與IKEA餐具供使用, 很方便 4 有冷氣, 洗衣機,烤箱, 大冰箱, 開火很方便 5 房東熱心準備了冰水和小點心, 在炎熱夏天入住很消暑 6 從阿查多火車站走路過去約15-20分鐘
− 1 房間在一樓且緊鄰馬路, 旁邊是餐廳, 因此住客廳的人有時半夜有時會被翻垃圾桶流浪漢, 喝醉酒的路人聲響嚇到 2 該區交通方便但是治安有點堪慮, 流浪漢和黑人有點多 3 入住必須和房東約時間拿鑰匙, 結果第一天沒約好, 在大太陽下曬到發暈才見到房東

10.0The apartments are located in the very good location near metro, supermarket and places where to eat. The appartments were clean with all the accessories were needed. The coffee mashine with the capsules of coffee was there too. If we come back to Madrid, we will definetely will plan our stay in this appartments. Thank you!

10.0Fueron sumamente amables, nos resolvieron cada una de las dudas Andrea estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. El Dpto es muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario, y está impecable.
− Lo único que no me gustó, fué que la puerta de calle dá directamente a la vereda. El resto es todo excelente. Muy confortable.
