El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó
1.0La propiedad estaba bien pero el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y ese fue uno de los motivos principales por los que seleccionamos este lugar hablamos con unos de los encargados y quedaron de enviarnos un técnico luego de tres noches en pleno verano a dos horas antes de irnos el técnico aún no ha llegado donde el calor en el verano de Madrid es horrible se le explicó a con quien hablamos que tenemos niñas con condiciones de asma y fue muy mal educado diciéndonos que no eran sus problemas que el mandaría un técnico a ver si se podía resolver pero nunca lo envió luego había un mitin al día siguiente de llegar por alguien que iban desalojar que nadie pudo dormir ni descansar y también aunque tiene dos baños no se puede usar el agua tibia en los dos al mismo tiempo porque no alcanzaba para bañar las niñas en fin no se como booking lo tiene en su lista primero por lo mal educado de los encargados

− We had to buy extra toilet paper ( only two smal toilet papers were available) for 5 day stay for familly of five. Also, we had to buy 1kg salt, would be nice to have this basic ingredients in the kitchen…

− A drying towel would have been good or oven gloves - Very difficult to get things out the oven. More toilet paper would have been good (judge more rolls for more days and more people)

Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
IMPORTANT: This single-family apartment is offered for seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Planning Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
