− Tuve que comunicarme con 3 personas diferentes por whatsapp para entrega de llaves. La caldera falló 2 veces y nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

Overall, an excellent choice for our family to stay in Barcelona.
10.0Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and metro. The apartment had enough cooking supplies for us to prepare a meal. We all do wish that the corner shower enclosure was a bit bigger for one to move around a bit more freely. We worked with Valentina, the owners representative and she greeted us into the apartment when we arrived, gave us a quick walkthrough of everything, and kept the communications open through messaging. All credit card transactions were followed with proper invoices. Our family enjoyed the stay.

8.0Easy access to metro (5 min walk or less to Rocafort station) and nice neighborhood to walk in. Great laundry facilities, and lovely terrace overlooking the barrio.
− The 2nd bedroom was very hot - AC doesn’t reach this room. And pillows need to be updated… they are very thin and uncomfortable.
