− L’appartement est beaucoup plus vétuste qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait (ou très mal) , draps pas changés (sable dans les lits )

8.0Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Couchages très confortables. Logement calme. Les chambres donnent côté cour donc pas de bruit. Salon côté rue avec beaucoup de circulation mais bonne isolation des portes fenêtres.
− Ascenseur en panne mais rapidement réparé.
