Absolutely exceptional location! Just keep in mind that as a tourist you might not be able to drive your car really close to the building. We did find a parking garage nearby and everything was fine. Marta was very good at communicating with us. We definitely intend to stay here again on our next trip to this wonderful city!

Decent unit. Wrong instructions, bad attitude of the host.

Location was good. The breakfast was not included. We cooked it ourselves (as expected)

− We had tickets to Guel park for 2:45 pm. Got a cab. Came to the building at 1:50 to drop our luggage at 2:00 and be at Guel park on time but the instructions received from the host were insufficient:" 1. Click the previous button to download the STAYmyway app. 2. Follow the address to your apartment by clicking the previous map. 3. On arrival at your apartment, open the STAYmyway app, click OPEN and select the Building door. The door will unlock and you will be able to open it. 4. Once inside the building, go to your apartment. When you are at the door open the STAYmyway app, click OPEN and select the Apartment door. When the door handle illuminates, you will be able to turn it and open the door. 5. Enjoy your stay!" I got into elevator with the luggage to be at the unit at 2pm sharp. Apparently the elevator had a code without which it did not go anywhere. The instructions did not mention that there was an elevator code. Ok. The building had stairs. We went to the unit door and tried to open it with the app. The door did not open. It appeared that the elevator goes pretty much into the unit itself and the door accessible from the stairs was not configured with the App. The instructions did not mention that the unit is not accessible through stairs and we wasted time trying to open this door. Our cab driver called the host. Finally she picked up the phone but instead of providing the elevator code and helping get in she told me that there was another instruction sent me later, which did mention the code. Yes, she mentioned the code in some further communication and finally we found it. The "door handle illuminates" was exaggeration as well - neither myself nor the driver saw this. The host finally opened the door for us. She told us that it worked for the cleaners but we did not see this 'illimination' because it was a very weak green dot on the top of a handle.

Fantastic apartment in an ideal location for exploring the city.

Marta, the host, was excellent. Very responsive when asked questions. The location was ideal. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern zum seitlichen Innenhof. Sehr gute Lage in El Born. Gute Infrastruktur ... Shops und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

− Etwas rudimentäre Ausstattung im Küchenbereich. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher. Grundausstattung aus Salz und Pfeffer fehlen. Das ist schade.
