7.0De ligging en de grootte
− Het was erg gehorig, slechte matrassen, weinig kastruimte, meubels waren oud, versleten en vlekkerig. De entree beneden was vies, met een krakkemikkige trap naar boven en een lift die niet tot beneden kwam

7.0De locatie is top. Je bent zo bij de metro en zo bij poble nou. Het appartement is fijn met alles wat je nodig hebt De ligging is dus perfect! 5 Minuten van het strand en als je doorloopt ben je bij het centrum. Beneden zit een koffiebar en die heeft heerlijke broodjes en koffie
− De bedden zijn niet goed. De kleine bedden hard en het grote bed lig je in een kuil. De omgeving geluiden van buiten hoor je niet maar wel de buren die bijvoorbeeld de trap naar beneden nemen. Om 5;45 uur hoor je de koffieshop van beneden opstarten en dan begint het geluid wel binnen door te dringen. Net om te zeuren maar je hoort veel door de dunnen muren heen.

9.0Tolle etwas ruhigere Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, gleich zwei Cafés, die Frühstück anbieten, zu Fuß ist die Metro gut zu erreichen - wunderbar!
− Es gibt keine Insektengitter an den Fenstern/Balkontüren, das war etwas lästig

9.0En general todo. Buena ubicación en zona tranquila. La casa limpia y cómoda. Perfecto para una familia.
− El portal muy estrecho y para usar el ascensor hay que subir al primer piso. Un poco engorroso para ir con carrito de bebe. Aunque había una zona para poder dejar el carrito con candado.
