Tolle Lage, und wenn man den Check in mal kennt, ist es sehr einfach. Die 2 Bäder waren natürlich auch klasse. Für einen Kurztrip nach Barcelona sehr zu empfehlen.

− Auf die Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig mehr geachtet werden.

− We rented this apartment for a week over New Year’s. We were denied early check-in and had to spend almost the entire day outside with our luggage before being allowed to enter. Upon arrival, the apartment was extremely cold. Many basic necessities were missing: clothes hangers, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and matches, despite having a gas stove. There were no proper toiletries — only a few tiny disposable samples for a one-week stay for six people. The toilet paper provided was extremely low quality (very thin, single-ply). There was also nothing to create any holiday atmosphere, despite the New Year period. The hairdryer was not working and had to be replaced after discussion with the owner. Please note that in addition to the booking price and tourist tax, a €300 security deposit is required. This deposit was not returned in full — €70 was deducted for alleged “extra cleaning,” which we strongly disagree with. We left the apartment in normal condition: all dishes were washed, all trash was taken out and properly packed, and only standard cleaning (changing bed linen and towels) was required. We also purchased and left cleaning supplies that were missing upon arrival (only one dishwasher tablet was provided for a 7-day stay). We cleaned up after ourselves: all dishes were washed and all trash was removed. Expecting guests to perform deep cleaning goes beyond reasonable guest responsibilities and cannot justify an “extra cleaning” charge. Overall, our experience was below average, and we cannot recommend this accommodation. The apartment itself is very worn out: old renovation, doors that do not close properly, and cold rooms. None of the bedrooms have windows facing the street — windows are only in the central area, and the kitchen faces directly into neighboring apartments.

La ubicación del edificio es ideal, así como el número de habitaciones y baños. El apartamento es sencillo y funcional, fue entregado limpio. La TV tiene una amplia variedad de programas/opciones, excelente.

− El inodoro de la entrada tenía un olor horrible en algunos momentos (problema de drenaje del edificio?). El vecino del piso de arriba caminaba de forma ruidosa hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
