8.0L’appartement est très bien situé, près du Métro. Les lits sont confortables. Par contre il y a un problème de mini fourmis sur le comptoir de la cuisine et dans les tiroirs. Il y avait du produit qu’on a mis, après il faut tout nettoyer. Malgré qu’on a averti notre hôte, il n’a absolument pas répondu. Mais on a aussi beaucoup marché, épicerie située à proximité de l’appartement. Tous les soirs on s’est rendu à proximité de La Ramblas pour le souper, cela se faisait très bien à pieds (20 mn). Le seul problème que nous avons eu, se situe au niveau du code de déverrouillage avec le téléphone. Ça n’a pas toujours fonctionné, une chance que ma fille avait un jeu de clés. Pour la communication avec notre hôte, oubliez ça, il a répondu avec beaucoup de délai et, ça c’est quand il répondait 😒

Excelente custo-benefício.
8.0Apartamento bem aconchegante, em ótima localização. Tem mercados, padarias e estações de metrô próximas. É muito funcional, tem excelente orientação solar e atende perfeitamente às necessidades de uma família. É um apartamento comum, mas com tudo que é necessário. Elevador funciona perfeitamente.
Great place but I don’t know how they expect a 6 person place to stay completely silent.
8.0Beautiful building that was very clean and spacious.
− The utensils/crockery weren’t quite enough for 6 people. It also is not very soundproof. We were sat quietly talking in the lounge after having just arrived and had 2 complaints from neighbours. One of them was particularly rude to my daughter, but we were only quietly talking and eating dinner and it made us very on edge for the rest of our trip.
