Please inform Actual Home Gran Via in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 23:00 EUR 20; - From 23:00 EUR 40; - Weekends and Bank Holidays EUR 15.

For extended stays (25 nights or more), guests will cover utility costs (water and electricity).

Please be aware that all guests are required to present their identification documents, as well as any information requested by local authorities, within 24 hours after receiving our reservation request message on the booking platform. This is to subsequently provide you with the check-in instructions, in compliance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations for individuals or legal entities engaged in lodging activities). If we do not receive all the required information within the first week after your booking, we will need to apply an additional charge of €50 for the extra administrative work required to comply with this new law. If we still do not have the necessary information one week before your arrival date, the additional charge will be €100. If the information is provided on the day of check-in, the charge will be €150.
