1.0− ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This was one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had. The hosts' answer to almost every request was simply "No." There was no willingness to help or show any flexibility. Basic supplies were inadequate from the beginning. For four guests staying four nights, only eight sugar packets were provided, and when we asked for more, the request was refused. The worst part was the check-out experience. We politely asked for just a two-hour late check-out because we were traveling with children, but it was refused. We then asked if we could at least leave our three large suitcases in the property until it was time to catch our train, and that was also refused. We were left with no option but to carry all our luggage around the city for hours with our children. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this property, especially for families.

− The AC did not work sufficiently to cool the apartment during the whole stay. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned or serviced in forever, which you need to do. I asked the person who met me to show me the apartment about it, and she was not interested in helping. It was not very clean. The bathroom in particular was not clean. The whole part was rather beat up around the edges. The washing machine would not spin dry and my clothing was sopping wet. The beds are right next to each other and don’t close off completely.
