It could be much better but just the idea to climb 10 m every time I go out and come back killed my enthusiastic
4.0The location is excellent. Gracia is a neighborhood full of young people, very dinamic, a lot of restaurant, mini markets and a great variety of businesses.
− This is an old building, between the 1800 and 1900, therefore the high of every store is different than current buildings; the high of the first floor is about 4 m (13-14 feet’s) and the rest about 3 m (10 feets); an apartment located in the 3rd floor means 4th current floors. This apartment is definitely not recommended for old people (over 50 years old) since the building has no elevator.

Pictures on website looks Nice but when you are there the overall quaility is not like that.
6.0We sent an e-mail to the host about the smell in the house number 3-1. A sewer smell in the house and comes from bathroom. We die not recieved responce. Strange to see that they replied on same contactdetails the day before we left about check out time.
− Not that clean. Hairs and bad smell. Overall poot cleaning. Matrasses with stains. Bathroom with mould and not clean. Floor damaged. Mould on walls bathroom. Cabines damaged. Floors with hairs and dust. Doors and Windows close badly.

10.0The apartment was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice in lovely Gracia. We loved our stay here.

8.0Location perfect, exactly where we wanted to be. Two good bedrooms, a comfortable sitting room with modern TV, and a small but serviceable kitchen area. And a washing machine!
