− La porte d'une des chambres était cassée donc pas possible de la fermer.
Fabulous and homey Venice stay.
10.0I loved the location and the property was roomy and comfortable. The artwork and library was impressive. We loved how stocked the accomodation was with kitchen supplies and cooking options. The hosts were great and responsive.
− A little tricky to get keys due to Venice laws on no self check in. We had to get up early many days to drop off rubbish due to collection procedures and Venitian rubbish collection issues. Also checked out on a Sunday when no collection was available which was tricky. All of the things are related to Venice laws and nothing to do with the lovely accomodation but something to be aware of.

7.0Lo mejor sin duda fue su localización. Hay que tener en cuenta que uno cuando va a Venecia, sabe a lo que va, no es tan fácil coger un Vaporetto como un autobús, pero si te ubicas bien, está todo más o menos cerca y tienes varias opciones de vaporetto muy cerquita. La estación de Santa Lucía está a 13 minutos andando y solo hay que cruzar 2 puentes que están adaptados para ir con maletas. En cuanto al alojamiento en sí, el baño es muy grande, las camas son cómodas y tiene casi de todo tipo de menaje, además tiene un supermercado a 60 metros, cuando vas con niños se agradece mucho
− Supongo que en verano es más complicado hacer una limpieza minuciosa porque cuando se van unos huéspedes vienen otros, pero sí que es verdad que había cosas con bastante polvo (los ventiladores no podían usarse por ejemplo). En cuanto al sofá cama, era tremendamente incómodo, pero los sofás cama, son así, uno sabe a lo que va. Todo lo que he dicho en la parte positiva compensa estos pequeños detalles pero sí que es bueno decirlo para que se tengan en cuenta
