9.0Місце розташування супер, Персонал ввічливий. Вид з помешкання гарний, є майже все необхідне, навіть пральна машина. Велике помешкання для сімейного перебування.
− Незнаю чи це можна віднести до негативу для будинку якому сотні років, але невеликий косметичний ремонт би не завадив, але це не критично.
