Een zeer goed uitgerust appartement rustig en toch zeer nabij alle voorzieningen.
9.0Was beneden appartement . Het was fris schoon praktisch en comfortabel. Goede wifi verbinding zeer rustige locatie maar ook heel dichtbij veel voorzieningen. Restaurants supermarkt geweldige groenteboer verse viswinkel en slagerij. Plus vijf minuutjes van de bootverbinding. Eigenaar kwam ons van de boot halen en liet ons samen met zijn vrouw appartement zien met alle gebruiken etc. Airco aanwezig afwasmachine wasmachine magnetron. Kortom sfeervol en goed uitgerust appartement.

10.0A lovely friendly host with a spacious and well cared for apartment with all the amenities we needed, with the extras provided greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and quality linen on the bed and in the bathroom. The location was perfect being only a 2 minute walk to the ferry to get to all the attractions of Venice, train station and surrounds and the nearest supermarket only a few minutes away. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a toaster for our breakfast.

9.0Io con i miei figli abbiamo passato 2 notti a Venezia e fin da subito , siamo entrati in contatto con l'host, che ha condiviso le informazioni in modo chiaro e preciso. Accolti alla fermata del vaporetto ed accompagnati in struttura (apprezzatissimo per rendere facile l'orientamento) per il relativo check e la consegna delle chiavi La struttura è situata in un punto strategico (fermata vaporetto Palanca), ma tranquillo, vicino a panetteria, pizzeria ed osterie/ristoranti, oltre che un supermercato.
