Misleading Photos, Poor Accommodation Quality, and Unhelpful Response
1.0The bed was ok.
− This apartment was extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. The images online are simply misleading — and the photos I added to this review show the real condition of the accommodation. The sofa was damaged and held together with tape, there were holes in both the walls and the floor, old food debris was left around the stove, several power sockets didn’t work, and one of the windows couldn’t close properly, causing constant noise. The entire place felt dusty, worn out, and poorly maintained. I reported all of these issues to the property immediately. While they acknowledged the problems at first, their response was very poor. For almost a week, they kept repeating the same message asking for “more time,” without ever providing a solution, compensation, or clear communication. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. Please check the photos I uploaded — they speak for themselves. I do not recommend booking this place.
Good location, clean and great communication

Traditional Japanese Apartment. Very convenient- would stay here again!
10.0The location was great! Very close to train station! Beds were futon mats on the floor, but comfortable!
Great location for guests who are familiar with navigating around Tokyo since it's located in a non-touristy neighbo
8.0Convenient location near train station. There were a number of restaurants around, plus a grocery store across the main street. The unit we stayed in was on the top floor, so there was no issue with noise from other property units. Unit was complete with a washer for longer stays. There was a fridge that we could use to store supplies from the grocery store. There was a small kitchen, though we didn't use the stove.
− Appliances did not have English instructions. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was slow to start, so we weren't sure if the heat was functioning correctly at first. Windows do not seal very well, so we could hear traffic from the main road. Bedroom was a bit smaller than expected, and since we had three people in our party, we put the futon in the living room instead.
good, but you can find a better place with the same price.
8.0clean and good location for young travelers. generally acceptable for all
− it is not a hotel, but like an Airbnb.
