Good-sized apartment located about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. It was very quiet during both the day and night. It includes AC, a washer and dryer (the dryer is located in the shower room), and the bed was comfy.

− While it's generally clean, the white walls look dirty, especially around the bed. The sheets could be better quality. Also, the towels absorb water poorly (I'd recommend bringing your own). The kitchen is poorly equipped and has no kitchen knives—only table knives.

Clean, specious

− 1.you can hear a lot of noise from outside in the night. It is very LOUD, there is no soundproofing at all 2.the bed is EXTREMELY squeaky. Every tiny movement on the bed makes noise. The mattress was ok but if you can't sleep... Horrible 3.shower head holder is located outside of bath. WTF? Who thought it was a good idea? So if want to take shower you need to hold the shower head all the time in you hand.

The apartment was lovely, exactly like what we saw in the pictures. The beds were clean and very comfy. Great for our 6 day stay. You are close to both a 7-11 and a FamilyMart which is useful for late night snacks. We also found a 24/7 ramen place just down the street. The location of this apartment was unbelievable, just a 5 minute walk from the bustling streets of Kabukicho which is the main bar district in Shinjuku. The staff were very helpful with instructions and we had a great stay, would definitely recommend.

− One thing that we didn’t know or could’ve missed is that there was a hospital and fire station quite nearby, the court in front of the apartment was being used to hold drills for the firemen, so you do hear a fair amount of sirens as well as firemen shouting. This wasn’t necessarily too bad as we were out majority of the time. Other than that it was excellent.
