6.0L'appartement est bien situé. A 20 minutes en métro de shinjuku. Il est assez spacieux. Mais il donne une impression un peu usagé. Le ménage pourrait être amélioré et le coin cuisine est tout petit et pas très propre. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et a la fin on avait envie d'en partir. Bref un séjour mitigé.
− Wifi quasiment inutilisable.

9.0I think this apt is perfect, close to subway station, minimarket, even in front of the apt, there is a big drugstore. And in the same building, u can find delicious udon restaurant. The place is big enough for 4-5 people, and there is 2 queen size bed, and 1 sofa bed, and 1 futon. Owner provide a lot of garbage plastic and toilet tissue, and its important to us. Overall, we're happy stay at this place

整體住宿體驗很不錯，有一個小廚房、有洗衣機、有一個大餐桌，空間很大，行李箱完全攤開四個都沒問題，如果是4-5人住宿，還是會考慮住在這。
7.0位置距離丸之內線的新中野站很近，走路只要幾分鐘，而且馬路對面就有7-11、超市（營業到晚上12點）。 房間跟網站照片一模一樣。
− 其實只適合住4個人，頂多5人，我們這次6個人住不下，跟日本工作的表妹借行軍床，才勉強可以。
