− Tutto, l'alloggio era lurido e palesemente non curato da tempo. Ho presentato la cosa alla gestione, prima la gestione ha detto che avrebbe provvisto a delle pulizie senza dare una data o un orario, in seguito a diverse mie lamente ha detto che lo avrebbe fatto il giorno dopo. A pulizie effettuate, a detta loro, si scusavano per le piccolezze che non sono riusciti a sistemare: - Lenzuola, loro dicono di averle lavate, i letti non erano nemmeno stati toccati, e si scusavano perché non erano riusciti a pulirli a fondo. Sarebbe bastato cambiarle. - Stanza Bagno, loro dicono di averla lavata ma non essere riuscì al 100%, al nostro primo arrivo alla casa c'era uno straccio lurido a terra nel bagno, dopo le loro pulizie era ancora lì. - Non avevano nemmeno spazzato a terre. Di nota, ogni letto e cuscino aveva diverse macchie bianche sparse qua e la.

The location is excellent and easy to access, as it's conveniently located between several public transportation stations. The host was very helpful and attentive to everything. There's a 24-hour grocery store downstairs. There's also a dental clinic and an optical shop in the neighborhood. The apartment isn't modern, but it met my needs, especially given the low price. The furniture was clean and everything was well-organized. There's a high-quality washing machine and iron, which saved me time doing laundry. There's a balcony, which helped dry clothes and freshen the air. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clearly visible.

− The beds were a little too large, taking up a lot of space.

Do not recommend if you are looking for clean place to stay :(

The stay was rather cheap considering the prices around. There was a washing machine with detergent which was nice and there were base things in the kitchen if you wanted to eat. Microwave worked.

− Unfortunately it was dirty, with mold on the toilet wall and in most corners of the bathroom, moving bathtub, smell of damp in the rooms, bedding that looks averagely clean, dirty floor in the entrance, completely not Japanese quality. Dirty pipes in the kitchen and walls. I am not a tourist, just a traveler and really clean surroundings are enough for me without big requirements because I usually only spend nights in the apartment, but I can't give a good opinion here. If it would be cleaned properly and maintained it would be probably ok but it wasn't :( Maybe the pictures were taken at the beginning of renting the place so it looked better.
