− It was uncleaned when I arrived. In the end it was filthy. Felt like a scam.

− 床中間的床鋪突起，姿勢有點睡不好

− 床が汚くベタベタであった。特にトイレは酷く汚れていた。常備されていたティッシュやマジックリンを使って掃除をしなくては気持ちが悪くて歩けない。

Good location.

− Dirty throughout, old and unkept, worst bed experience ever, no clean sheets, so-called “balcony” filled with misc. junk (not usable). Check-in instructions and apt-use instruction not helpful. No checkout-out instructions provided. Broken and/or malfunctioning things throughout apt. Non-responsive host- one time response was lip service. How this apt. passed certification is a mystery.

Worst apartment experience in Shibuya

Good location

− Entry instructions incomplete and apt instruction missing. Clearly this apt is a RUN DOWN apartment! If it was cleaned it didn’t show anywhere. Filthy and warn floor. Many broken or faulty things. TV remote batteries kept falling out (I had to buy tape to hold in batteries because the back was missing). Clock did’t work. Tepid water. Bed sheets missing, cover and bed smelled. Extremely uncomfortable bed, filthy pillows. I bought my own pillow and sheets. I had to also buy a screw driver set to fix several falling towel bars, and other things throughout the apt. Bath mirror old and filthy….the location is very good but warning - this is not a clean apt and it is tiny for one person. I would never stay here again. Also the owner did not respond to my questions until I posted a bad review. And when s/he did finally respond it was a mere "thank you for your review". None of my concerns were addressed. I have rented 5 apartments in Tokyo. I would not recommend this apartment unless you simply don't care about cleanliness, clear instructions, or a comfortable/clean bed. I'm surprised that Booking.com has certified this apartment as acceptable.

I loved the location and how comfortable the room was. The owner of the apartment was very kind and extremely helpful with any questions I had.
