Disappointing
4.0− It was cold in the apartment even when the heating was on. There was some noise from the street as well, as this is a ground level apartment. There is an exit door neon that is permanently on above the entrance door. Unfortunately, it points directly to the beds, so it never gets completely dark at night. Also, there is a small window besides the beds that does not have an opaque curtain. WiFi suddenly stopped working. No instructions to turn on the hot water had been provided. The property only responded after three messages. A partial refund was provided by the hosts. Value for the money may be OK if the above aspects are improved.

10.0Me and my friend loved starting our girls' trip here. The place was clean enough, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Beds were comfy, location is about a 10 min walk to the train, and we ate at the restaurants on our way back to our apartment. Many didn't speak English but were so nice. Heaps of convenience stores nearby, coin laundry too! We dried all our clothes for 20 mins and a washing cycle was 400 yen. The area is quiet, and it is super close to the slots. Definitely give that a go while you are there. The place was spacious for us 2 gal's. Enough to rest and explore Tokyo 😁

Over the stay was good, well priced and the facilities were good
8.0The property was cosy and was close to the train station, only being a 10 minute walk from it. There are also many restaurants on the same street that only take 10 minutes to walk to which was good. The facilities are as expected and work well. The Wi-Fi was good and did not have any problems.
− There were not many problems other than that the toilet room was a bit small so using it was a little difficult. The air conditioning worked but was a little bit weak. After about 10 minutes it began to cool the room however.
