− After checking into room noticed it only had one bath towel, one set of sheets for bed and no house keeping to change them at all. Contacted host and was told if I wanted an extra towel or bedsheets that I would have to pay an additional deposit.

It was fraud. Owner should put correct information, before inviting any customer his/ hep property.

Only the Location was good. However, its inside the lane, quite place. Room is facing towards another building backside, so no natural light and scenery.

− Many Things: 1. Its cheat. Room is not matching with the picture displayed. It's for another apartment in the same building. 2. Host was careless, no connection, no help, no support, neither any response. 3. Poor Furnitures 4. Only very basic and limited kitchen cutleries 5. Lighting Switch arrangement was horrible, even you cannot switch off room light only (possible via master switch, when disconnects all lights in room) 6. No welcome Water Bottles. Someone is reaching midnight, no arrangement for water. 7. Balcony is just for name sake (only 2 peoples can only stand) 8. Overall, it was waste of money.

Building is relatively new, and the rooftop pool has a good view.

− This apartment is managed fully remotely by someone not present anywhere near the property. I had numerous issues with the apartment, and there has been no response from the host to resolve any of these issues. My messages on Whatsapp on the number provided as well as email were simply ignored, and I felt that the host was not interested in fixing any issues. The place had some serious downsides: (1) Dampness - we got an apartment on the 2nd floor facing another tall building, with no sun or wind ever coming in, even on sunny / windy days. It was very damp inside all the time, regardless of opening windows or using the AC. Nothing was drying properly - clothes, bedsheets, water in the bathtub. There was a constant damp smell in the apartment, and there was visible water damage and mould in the bathroom because of the moisture. (2) HVAC issues: The place (less than 30 sq m) has a massively oversized AC unit, which is very loud, blows very hard on lowest fan setting, and alternates between being too hot or cold with no comfortable middle point. Also, the AC unit had its filter fully (!) clogged with dust upon our check in, and did not respond to the set temperature - both issues were reported to the host and ignored, so I had to fix them myself wasting my free time. Finally, there is no fresh air supply to the apartment, the only extractor fan is in the bathroom and does not provide enough suction to effectively pull in fresh air from outside, compounding the dampness issues. Vent hood above the cooktop was simply not connected (no fan, no exhaust, smell of food out of control). (3) BED: In this apartment, the only 'bed' is actually a foldable sofa with a thin mattress. I could feel the metal frame beneath the mattress and never could sleep well. The number of pillows provided (only two) did not match the photos of the room description photos (6 or so there) - an important feature for me.
