− while i was staying at this place, the roof started leaking and the apartment got flooded. ever since that day, the owner refuses to pay me back for the stay + damages and they refuse to speak to me or booking AT ALL!!!! They have to be insured and even if they’re not, they’re charging a lot for this place, so they should be embarrassed to act like this.

Clean and peaceful stay, perfect for families.
10.0It was clean, that's the most important. It was in a safe area. It is not a palace, but it is a decent place to stay with a family (young kids).
− It's old, but what is not old in Paris? It is well maintained at least. Really, I liked the stay, nothing negative to say or to complain about.
