8.0Great location in a quiet residential area, but walkable to the Metro and the RER. Nearby Rue Daguerre and surrounding area has many good options for restaurants and to shop for provisions.
− On our third day there was no water in the kitchen, and on our fifth and last day there was no water in the entire building. A significant inconvenience that wasn't the host's fault, but would have expected some kind of remediation or reimbursement.
Nice location, good staff, a good base to explore Paris.

Highly recommended for a long family stay
9.0Clean, comfortable, easily accessible, good location with nearby groceries shops and nearby a Metro station. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Kitchen was complete and ready to be used.
