4.0− Es war sehr laut, sodass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die Betten waren nicht gemacht, es gab kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken, sodass man sich in der Küche die Hände und das Gesicht waschen musste. Der Sofabezug war kaputt und mit Klebeband geflickt worden.
