10.0Great size, very comfortable with everything we needed as a family of 5, adult children. The location is so convenient- very close to tube line and easy walk to the hub of SHINJUKU. Loved it.

5.0Evin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Geniş ve kullanışlı bir mimariye sahip olması özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Oda sayısı kalabalık ailelerin rahatça konaklayabileceği şekilde yeterliydi. Çevrede birçok mağaza, kafe ve restoranın bulunması da konumu daha da cazip hale getiriyor. Personelle iletişimimiz oldukça iyiydi; her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ve karşılaştığımız sorunlara çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar. Genel olarak özellikle çocuklu ve kalabalık aileler için tercih edilebilecek bir konaklama seçeneği olduğunu düşünüyorum.
− Odalar genel olarak fotoğraflardakilere benziyor ancak fotoğraflardaki kadar yeni ve bakımlı görünmüyor. Evin kapsamlı bir tadilata ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Alt kattaki yatak iki kişi için oldukça küçük ve en ufak harekette bile ses çıkarıyor. Evin merkezi konumda olması nedeniyle dışarıdan ses geliyor ancak bu durum bizim için uyunamayacak seviyede değildi. En büyük sorun ise temizlikti. Konaklamadan önce, daha önce okuduğum bir yorum nedeniyle temizliğe özellikle dikkat edilmesini rica etmeme rağmen ev yeterince temiz değildi. Pencere kenarlarından çamaşır makinesine kadar birçok yerde yoğun toz vardı. Evin detaylı bir temizlikten geçirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca valiz bırakma hizmeti olarak doğrudan evi kullanıyorlar; bu hizmet için ayrı bir bagaj odası veya özel bir alan bulunmuyor. Konaklama planı yapacakların bu bilgiyi de göz önünde bulundurmasında fayda var.

10.0The location was excellent, right across the street from a 7-Eleven, near many many places to eat, and 5 minutes from the metro station. There were six of us and plenty of beds. The style of the home was nice and airy. The host provided ear plugs for the noise from the street. There were also lots of pillows on the beds.
− The staircase was treacherous and there is no handrail. However, there is a bedroom on the first floor for those who can't make the climb.
If you want to have a place in Shinjuku this is the place to stay
9.0Straight forward place, nice location and has everything you need
− Projector was difficult to use, balcony was nice but needed to put our own chairs out there and most rooms only had a bed and draws would have been nice to have a tv in each room. But this is me being super picky and harsh it was super nice.
Good location? Lots of space. Great value.

− The narrow steep stair to the top floor needs a handrail for safety
