The property has no big issue, the management does
7.0No communication in my stay even in emergency. When I arrived at the property around 9pm, I could not access the room because The link in email for access information didn’t work. I called the contact number posted on the door, it was invalid. Then I called the property number from booking.com, no one answered, and no response to my left messages neither. I thought I might end up sleep on the street. Fortunately I found the error in the link and got the access code. When I left, I sent a couple of emails but all failed to deliver. The whole time stay no communication at all.
