8.0Location, location, location! Very near Tozai Kagurazaka eki and Toei Oedo Ushigome-Kagurazaka eki and Iidabashi eki which virtually takea you anywhwere from Sanrio Putoland (Tama) to Yokohama Chinatiwn - in one ride. Not to mention Kagurazaka itself, everything and anything you will ever need phyically, mentally, spuritually, gastronically, and shoppingly, financially, and even pachinkoly are all there. Host Kouzi was responsive on our queries so as we were not left in the dark. And such a quiet side of Shjnjuku-ku. Would definitely recommend the property.
− You had to do a but of cleaning up yourself once you got to the property. Aircon units need quite a bit of dusting off (I had to clean the filters myself) to save the family of reapiratory drama. Mata, the fllor needs a wipe off especially under the couch - I didn't dare touch it anymore. The dust buildup kept on recirculating and even I vacuumed up everyday, seemingly dust and hair came out of nowhere as if cleaning never happened.
Great staying place for our trip !
