Que tenía camas bastante cómodas

− Limpieza pésima y nada de ventilación, un zumo de mala muerte en definitiva 😡

− Antiguo bajo comercial. Hay una discoteca bajo y el ruido del aire acondicionado/pingüino es muy alto. La entrada de la puerta no es muy segura, aunque luego digan que las llaves son “especiales”. Además, según la hora del check in cobran un extra. El check in y out no fueron nada claros.

The worst property with a bathroom that will give me nightmares forever

− Hello, I would like to reach out to report a very disappointing experience at Loft Palmer. The property is extremely poorly maintained, and I would like to list the issues we encountered—none of which allowed us to cancel our stay. To begin with, we were charged a late check-in fee of €50, which was never disclosed until we were already traveling. The listing stated that check-in was available until 9:00 PM, yet these abusive fees were only revealed at the last minute. The situation worsened upon arrival. The infrastructure is shockingly inadequate for the price charged. The handle of the main door literally fell into our hands, with a screw and a piece of paper used as a makeshift fix. The room was dirty, with dust and debris from previous guests under the mattresses. The refrigerator was in terrible condition, with the rubber seal detached and no basic maintenance performed. The bathroom was even worse. The door had no lock, and the sink—an improvised installation—was falling apart. The shower area was absurdly cramped, with no hooks or supports to hang clothes, separated only by a flimsy plastic curtain that spread water across the bathroom. The showerhead was broken and barely functional. Worst of all, despite booking and paying for a family of five, the hot water lasted only one timed shower of four minutes. After that, the water turned ice cold—in 5°C weather in Madrid—with a four-year-old child. This was humiliating. We felt intimidated to confront the owner, as we were in a foreign country with a small child. As cancellation was not possible and we were forced to endure this deplorable situation at an unreasonable cost.
