− L’appartamento davvero bello, zona cruciale vicino alla metro ed a pochi passi dalla zona centrale di Madrid con tutti i servizi a disposizione (supermercati, bar, ristoranti…) Palazzo silenzioso consiglio per un soggiorno a Madrid

− Purtroppo non è curata la casa , era pulita, ma il secondo letto matrimoniale ( che è un divano letto) è scomodissimo.. impossibile dormirci.infatti la casa è non per più di 2 persone. Il terrazzo, che sarebbe molto bello, è tenuto malissimo, sedia sdraio rotta, tavolo rotto.. basterebbe poco per renderla molto migliore.. peccato..
