9.0La ubicación era magnífica. A un paso de todos los lugares de interés y con buena restauración y comercio en la zona
− Por desgracia, en la restauración del edificio no ha sido posible que el ascensor llegara hasta la planta baja y funciona a partir de la primera, por lo que hay que subir el equipaje por la escalera hasta el primer piso. Es un inconveniente para personas mayores o con dificultades de movilidad

Прекрасное месторасположение апартаментов, рядом отличный супермаркет в торговом центре, в шаговой доступности самый центр Мадрида, достопримечательности, парки, рестораны, магазины и торговые центры! Апартаменты удобные, чистые, можно приготовить разнообразные блюда, есть большой духовой шкаф, микроволновая печь, электрическая панель на четыре комфорки вся необходимая посуда. Квартира после ремонта, три балкона, светлая, прекрасно проветривается, расположена на втором этаже, есть небольшой лифт в подъезде. Самые лучшие впечатления от нашего отдыха!

9.0De ligging was top! Het is een gezellig appartementje. Het was proper. Snelle communicatie via berichten.
− Zeer beperkt materiaal in de keuken. Maar 1 wijnglas, servies is echt beperkt. Het enige, echt het enige, dat je hebt van extra voorziening is 1 vuilzakje. Handdoeken was ook miniem. We hadden maar 1 grote handdoek en 2 kleine handdoeken voor 2 personen. Bij navraag hebben we 1 extra handdoek gekregen. Deze worden niet vervangen ondanks een verblijf van 5 dagen. De microgolf hebben we niet gebruikt maar deze maakte willekeurig een piepend geluid, voornamelijk 's nachts. Dit kregen we niet opgelost. De badkamerschuif was stuk bij aankomst. Deze heeft mijn man gelukkig kunnen herstellen.

− The security deposit online payment didn’t work and I was told I’d have to go to the office to pay, which is very far away. This isn’t acceptable when travelling with heavy luggage.
