10.0A szállás szuper hekyen volt, közel volt a metro, üzletek, bárok, éttermek. Oriási teraszon jokat lehetett reggelizni, pihenni.

7.0Close proximity to the metro and a vibrant area of Madrid. Very convenient and the apartment was spacious.
− The property shows wear and tear. The washrooms are not the cleanest. There are very limited necessities included for a group,(ex: no shower gels/shampoos, no boxed napkins, paper towels, basic spices.. etc.)

− It is basement and the humidity stinks. It was not very clean.
Casa comoda ai servizi, pulizia migliorabile, soprattutto in terrazza, buona sistemazione se si ama vivere in grotta!

7.0Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno principalmente per la posizione strategica dell'appartamento e per lo splendido spazio esterno, vero punto di forza della struttura.Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati. La pulizia era appena sufficiente per gli standard italiani; si potrebbe fare di più per rendere l'ambiente davvero accogliente. Inoltre, vorrei segnalare che le camere più ampie si trovano al piano interrato e sono prive di finestre: un dettaglio che dalle foto dell'annuncio non risulta purtroppo chiaro e che può condizionare l'esperienza.Nota assolutamente positiva per l'host, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile a intervenire tempestivamente per ogni nostra richiesta. Se dovessimo tornare a Madrid, sceglieremo nuovamente l’appartamento di Alvaro
