La struttura ha una posizione strategica per la festa del Redentore e anche per visitare il sestriere di Dorsoduro e San Marco, subito dietro la sede centrale dell'accademia di belle arti e vicino a supermercati e ristoranti/bar. Il personale è stato molto gentile, permettendoci di posticipare il check out di qualche ora. L'aria condizionata utilissima con il caldo di questi giorni. Nel complesso l'appartamento è abbastanza grande per 4 persone.

− L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione: alcuni mobili si presentano sporchi e aggiustati in maniera raffazzonata; abbiamo scelto questo appartamento appositamente per poter usufruire dei due bagni e prepararci più velocemente per uscire, ma purtroppo, la vasca al piano di sopra era inutilizzabile; alcuni interruttori e prese sono coperti dal tape per non usarli. Le lenzuola non pulitissime, con alcuni aloni. Avrei preferito poter fare check in con una persona che parlasse meglio italiano, la ragazza, per quanto gentilissima, non è stata del tutto chiara e non ha spiegato bene come conferire la spazzatura. Un piccolo consiglio che secondo me farebbe una grande differenza: mettete una luce sulla porta di ingresso in calle, con la serratura un po' dura farebbe piacere vedere meglio. In generale si vede che dietro c'è una gestione professionale e organizzata, ma l'appartamento andrebbe migliorato.

Quiet spacious apartment in residential area of Dorsodouro, only a few minutes’ walk from Peggy Guggenheim and Accademia Galleries and traghetto across the canal to San Marco. Supermarket and ferry stops close by. Staff responded straight away to any questions. Two bathrooms, downstairs one was more modern. It was wonderful to have a washing machine.

Wonderful location and big apartment for Venice

This apartment had a WONDERFUL location. You are a 6 min walk from the vaporreto, there are several restaurants and grocery stores that are within 3 min walks as well. The location was also located in a very quiet part of the neighborhood even though it was near alot of bussle. The accomodation had alot of beds too - there was 2 full sized bed pull out couches, and the main bedroom had a big bed. The host was very attentive and the assistant was very helpful and patient when we were running a little late from the airport. Even prior to our stay they were both very attentive and reached out to us with check-in/out process. There were also several extra towels, pillows, and blankets if we needed them. Overall, if you are looking to stay in the city center of Venice this is the best bang for your buck and I would definitely recommend booking this accomodation especially if you are in a large group - we were able to comfortably fit 3 people. You won't find an apartment as large as this and with this many bathrooms in the center and you are near alot of things!

− There are two bathrooms however the upstairs shower does not have running warm water and towards the end of our stay the downstairs ran out of hot water. We had icey cold showers for the last leg of our stay. There was a bit of a sewage smell as well in the downstairs bathroom but nothing that keeping the air vent couldn't fix. The front door key also was a little difficult to close but you get used to it after a while.

A great base to spend several days in Venice. We had 5 memorable days.

The location was great and all the facilities very comfortable. We had a really nice time and were very pleased with our choice of apartment. The staff we met were friendly and co-operative.

− Relatively minor constructive points: we'd recommend providing some kitchen scissors, a garlic press and some larger mugs for tea or coffee. We also think the instructions for depositing waste on exit may need updating as there was no collection boat at the place and time described.

Bizleri çok güzel karşıladılar, çok cana yakın insanlar. Özellikle bizi karşılayan kişinin sürpriz bir şekilde Türkçe bilmesi güzel oldu. Evin konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Eve yakın restoran ve market bulunması da çok işimize yaradı.

− Konaklamamızın ikinci gününde sıcak su bir anda gelmemeye başladı. Sıcak suyun gelmesi için kombi üzerinde bir tuşa basmamız yeterli oldu. Ancak bu işlem için 2 saat bekledik kısıtlı süremizde bizim için vakit kaybı oldu.
