Great location, a short walk away from vaporetto stations and great food. Also, good price for the area and size. Very spacious, too.

− One of the restrooms had no place to put toiletries in the shower, which can be a problem depending on the mobility of guests. In the other bathroom, the shower grip was broken, forcing one to hold the shower head in place - not a fun experience. All these could easily have been fixed by the managers before our arrival, but weren't. The chairs around the dinner table already mentioned by several reviews continue to be broken. Watch out for these and put them away to prevent accidents. Even the ones that are not straight out unsafe do not look very study. Finally, I was contacted by the person who met us during check in to inform of the visit of a technician next day to look at the AC, which was working fine. Turned out it was just a preventative cleaning for the summer that could easily have been scheduled for when there were no guests booking the property. It was never made clear whether we had to be there during the maintenance. A person from the company managing the property also showed up a while after the technician came over, but we were never notified about this beforehand. The technician had to displace furniture to do his work and did not move them back once done.

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung

− Der Küchentisch und die Stühle im Esszimmer waren sehr ramponiert, zumindest hätte man den Tisch mit einer Tischdecke ansehnlicher machen können. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung viel liebevoller (Teppich, Pflanzen…) ausgestattet werden. Die Couch im Esszimmer haben wir auch vermisst und die Türen haben sehr schlecht geschlossen. Betreuung vor Ort war super.

A szallasado nagyon rugalmas volt vegig a foglalas utan es az ottartozkodas alatt is. A bejelentkezest egy nagyon kedves holggyel inteztuk, aki mindenben segitett. A lakas a masodik emeleten van, jo sok a lepcso, de minket nem zavart. Szuper elhelyezkedes, mindenhez kozel, csodas kilatas, velencei eleterzes. Az ara a velencei szallasokhoz kepest nagyszeru volt. A konyha jol felszerelt volt, es a tisztasaggal is elegedettek voltunk.

− A szobaban jol jott volna valami, amire tudunk pakolni, es jo lett volna, ha nem csak egy szobaban van dupla agy, hanem meg egy masikban is. Erdemes lenne a berendezest frissiteni, mert minden nagyon erosen hasznalt. Az ajtok ablakok nagyon hangosak voltak, recseg ropogott minden. De ez senkinek ne szegje kedvet, ar ertek aranyban szerintem szuper volt, jol ereztuk magunkat.

Muy buena ubicación todo a 1 km. de distancia. Muy cercano a San Marco y a los puntos importantes de Venecia. Edificio del año 1500+, que de una u otra manera señala como era la edificación de esa época. Amoblado al estilo del 1900.

− Los muebles eran de estilo y antiguos, sin embargo, las sillas del comedor estaban muy desvencijadas lo que impedía un uso confiable.
