Great customer service and a good apartment, but the maintenance issues prevented it from being a perfect stay.
9.0The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location close to the beach. Whenever we reported small issues in the apartment, the Sweett team responded very quickly and resolved them efficiently. Their customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and they were always polite and helpful.
− Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. The washing machine leaked, some lights in the bathroom were not working, and on the morning of our departure the entrance gate and intercom failed completely. We were unable to leave the building for a while, which was very stressful as we were traveling with small children and almost missed our flight. We hope the key and intercom system will be improved.
