1.0Ausstattung gut aber in die Jahre gekommen. Küche hat zu wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen. Ausblick super und Lage toll. Dachterasse könnte gepflegter sein dann könnte man sich dort auch lieber aufhalten.
− Nach über 30 Tagen Abreise haben wir unsere Kaution nicht zurück erhalten. Über alle Kanäle angeschrieben, angerufen und keine Reaktion- geht nun an unsere Anwälte. Leider war es sehr laut trotz geschlossener Fenster war über uns die dachterasse fast täglich bis in die Nacht zu hören, jeder Fußtritt sehr schlecht gedämmt in der oberen Etage. Bei Ankunft gab es ein Loch in der Decke und tropfendes Wasser was dann notdürftig repariert wurde. Wenn der Nachbar da war konnte man jedes Wort hören. Mitten in der Nacht kamen fremde Personen und haben dauergeklingelt.

− The apartment was NOTHING like in pictures. The room has a window that we could not open due to the toxic air coming from a restaurant nearby. A/C not working properly. Everything wrong.

9.0This is a great location for living in Barcelona with easy access to transportation, restaurants and bars. We loved the location and will return.

9.0My boyfriend and I booked this apartment for 1 month, and we extended our stay there with one more week. We also had our dog with us. It was simply amazing. The apartment is very spacious, it has a living area with a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Both the living area and the bedroom have tiny balconies, from where you can see a beautiful building vis-a-vis, and enjoy the view of Mount Montjuic from the side. The location is perfect. It is the perfect place to be between El Born, El Gòtic, and Barceloneta. It is a 15 min walk to Barceloneta beach. There are a variety of restaurants at the ground floor of the building. The terrace on the building is simply amazing, the view is gorgeous - you can go there to enjoy a meal, and/or a drink, get a tan, or do some yoga. The building is an historic one that has been renovated and it is beautiful. The nice surprise was that weekly cleaning was included in the price. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay, we've had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and we recommend it 100%.
− There's not a lot of natural light. There is a bit of sun entering the apartment for 1 or 2 hours in late afternoon. The TV is old, there was no cable, and you can't connect to it via wi-fi. The bed is actually consisting of 2 separate beds that have been put together. The building doesn't have private parking, we've had to reserve a parking spot in a public parking lot 8-10 min away, because the nearby parking lots didn't seem safe at all.

1.0− Be careful, they are scammers. I booked a stay for 1 moth at Port Vell appartment Reina Cristina 12, Barcelona via Booking.Com and payed Euro 2000 security deposit. Now they do not return the deposit and do not reply any messages via direct email or Booking.Com contacts.

The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
