− A limpeza estava péssima. Encontramos uma das camas com lençóis todos manchados e quando pedimos suporte para a troca do mesmos a proprietária disponibilizou lençóis de solteiro em vez de casal

− La limpieza, el olor de la estancia (a comida y tuberia) no funcionaba el microondas y las duchas no desaguaban adecuadamente. Cobraron dos veces las tasas y nos dejaron sin poder entrar al apartamento
