9.0The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It is fully furnished, with vessels, ironing board, dining table, sofa, TV, a table in the balcony that looks out onto a tree-lined avenue, and a washing machine (with liquid detergent packets). The apartment complex is also clean and in a good neighbourhood. Lot of space to sit in the drawing room. Staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. Location is convenient. It is close to a tram station and is about 2 blocks from a metro station. Easy access to the convention center on one side (2-3 tram stops away) and to the Carrefour mall on the other side (2-3 tram stops away).
− Need to sign a legal contract in advance. Need to fix the time for collecting the apartment keys, with delays being penalized.

8.0The location of the apartment is great! The house, courtyard has a great clean pool which was completely free most of the time. It was just the two of us, so we were quite free in the room. There is a kitchen that has everything you need, the sleeping area can be fenced off with retractable wooden walls, very handy if you want to sleep longer. There is a small balcony overlooking the Via Diagonal. Near the house there are stores, cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood is very cozy, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea.
− Perhaps this is an issue with the cleaning company that cleans the room. For example the cutlery asked to be washed. We were greeted by dust in some corners. The bidet had a broken handle to open the drain and the sink had no handle at all.

7.0Sant Marti is great districit. Public transportation is very good. Barcelona is beautiful city.
− The apartment could be cleaner. The cleaning agency should be alerted. Some covers were full of stains. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. The rest is very good. Regardless of the small flaws and the slightly too high price, we recommend the stay. It's Barca after all 😁
