8.0Die Wohnung ist klein, aber die Lage ist perfekt am Strand. Im Stadtzentrum ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist lebhaft laut in der Umgebung, mit Ohropax in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster gut auszuhalten. Das Treppenhaus urig eng und steil. Große Koffer kriegt man die 3 Stockwerke kaum hoch. Darauf sollte man eingestellt sein. Das Haus ist ein Altbau. Uns hat es für 3 Personen/4 Nächte gereicht. Vorübergehende Geruchsbelästigungen haben nix mit der Wohnung zu tun, sondern mit dem Kanalisationssystem in den Straßen dort.
