The location was amazing anyway and just small touches that make this property to amazing place
8.0I would like to add some points; 1. Fantastic place + 2. laundry machine and dryer (can be out of kitchen anyway) + 3. easy access with app + 4. Amazing pizza restaurant down stairs. 5. Good comminication with the owner. 6. Helpful neighborhood.
− 1. The house needed deep cleaning - 2. No Dishwasher (There is even an oven in the kitchen but no dishwasher?!! ) - 3. I suggest to change the porcelain plates their exteriors cannot be cleaned due to the indentations. - 4. Very very small toilet space 🚽 - 5. No vacum machine(Why again) - 6. Refrigerator is small but as noisy as giant -

10.0Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική , δίπλα στη Σαγράδα Φαμίλια. Κοντά σε αρκετά αξιοθέατα και μαγαζιά με καλό φαγητό. Δίπλα σε μετρό , σούπερ μάρκετ και κεντρικούς δρόμους.

− Moisture can be felt in the bedroom area of the apartment, and it comes from the bathroom. If the bathroom door doesn’t close properly at night, you will wake up, which is unacceptable for the price being charged. The location of the accommodation is phenomenal.
Authentischer Aufenthalt in Barcelona
9.0Die Lage war perfekt als Familie. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn und einem großen Supermarkt. Fußläufig ebenfalls Restaurants und natürlich die Sagrada Familie. Zum Flughafen 30 Minuten mit Uber/Cabify. Sehr guter Service beim Ein- und Aus-Checken. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit und immer hilfsbereit. Kein Fahrstuhl im engen Treppenhaus. Kleiner Balkon zum Sonne genießen. Alles modernisiert, bis auf Bad und Toilette (diese aber sauber gepflegt) mit Fenstern in einen Innenschacht im Haus. Es gibt Air-Condition aber nicht in jedem Zimmer. Nespresso für Kaffee. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
− Die Türschließung der Toilette ist nicht für Kinder geeignet. Diese könnten sich einschließen und von außen wäre es nicht zu öffnen. Ein Wäscheständer hat mir gefehlt. Ein Staubsauger wäre schön gewesen.
