Overall, the apartment has potential because of the terrace and location, but based on our experience we would not stay
5.0We stayed here for 5 days and overall would rate it around 2–3 stars. There were definitely some positive points: the apartment itself was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the rooftop balcony/terrace was really nice and enjoyable.
− However, there were also several important downsides. First of all, this apartment should not be advertised for 5 people. The “sofa bed” is actually just a normal couch and absolutely not suitable for sleeping on for multiple nights — very uncomfortable and bad for your back. We also only received one towel for the entire 5-day stay, which was not enough. Another issue was the building itself. There was a strong weed smell in the common areas which made the building feel somewhat unsafe or uncomfortable, although we did not experience actual nuisance from other residents. The biggest issue happened on the rooftop terrace. While we were quietly sitting outside, a neighbor aggressively shouted insults at us and threatened to call the police. Apparently, he has a alcohol problem. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We do want to say that the host handled the situation quickly and professionally afterwards, which we appreciated.

Great well appointed penthouse with bonus outdoor rooftop deck and balconies.
8.0Well decorated, great rooftop and balconies. Would recommend for a couple or family with younger kids to share the second bedroom. 20 Min walk or short cab ride from Gothic Quarter. Many restaurants and super Mercados near by.
