9.0We loved this appartment, nice flat, lovely equipment. The electric key worked well , i worried about the electric key, but finally it was perfect. The location is super, silent street but buses and metro is near.
− Only problem was one of the bed, it was " Back - breaking".

− Sì sono lamentanti dei rumori quando non eravamo neanche presente in casa disturbandomi con dei messaggi , staff veramente da rivedere non sa parlare in altra lingua al di fuori dello spagnolo , e mandano messaggi inutili quando neanche sono a casa

10.0muy buena atención del personal a cargo de las gestiones, siempre muy atentos, hemos pasado unos muy lindos días en Barcelona, antes de la entrega del departamento nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en su oficina con excelente predisposición..
− una noche recibí un mensaje de ruidos molestos en mi departamento, lo cual desestime rápidamente por que no me encontraba allí, quedo aclarado igualmente

7.0Mooi appartement, basic maar sfeervol ingericht. In woonwijk, maar wel veel eettentjes vlakbij.
− -Veel lawaai van de bovenburen. -De externe verhuurder stalkte ons vooraf met e-mails, apps en formulieren die we moesten invullen. We zagen door de bomen het bos niet meer waardoor we de juiste instructies misten om de deur te openen. We hebben 45 minuten buiten gestaan voordat we de juiste contactpersoon te pakken kregen.

9.0The apartment is in a terrific location; one block away from a pedestrian avenue with many restaurants, and within walking distance of sites and transportation hubs.
− We were promised a digital key by 15:00, however we had to wait almost two hours to receive it after we texted for help. Noisy neighbors above; heavy footsteps early in the morning and late at night.
