− El servicio es pésimo, tardaron en contestar varios días por temas de check in, me envíaban mensajes diciéndome que no podría entrar al piso si no realizaba el check in, pero no contestaban a mis dudas acerca de cómo hacerlo, por lo que hasta el día del alojamiento estuve pensando que quizás no iba a poder ingresar, lo cual fue estresante. Los aires acondicionados hacen ruidos intermitentes muy fuertes, lo cual hace muy dificil dormir, y con el calor que hacía era imposible apagarlos. No recibí respuesta ni ayuda alguna durante la estancia a pesar de hacer el reclamo el primer día e insistir durante toda la estadía. Luego me dijeron que lo habían resuelto, y era completamente falso, seguían igual.

Fabulous apartment in brilliant location.
8.0Location and minimal decor.Clean fresh and spacious. Air con worked brilliantly, communication was perfect and super helpful for check in etc. Rooftop pool and area is such a bonus too.
− Noise from bars and other apartments (children running above early in mornings) not too bad but not ideal for more than a few days perhaps.

The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
