Location was in a family friendly area. Good amount of restaurants in the area, not too far from a train station entrance. Kitchen was nice. Bed comfortable. AC works well.

− Instructions on how to use the code could have been better. You first needed to ring the flat number before you could open the door using the app, thankfully the cleaning crew was just leaving and they helped us out. The host also isn’t very responsive. I confirmed before our stay that they would have a crib available for us, they did not. It took 2 nights to finally get a response back. Unit could also be better taken care of for the price, several drawers/cabinets are falling off the hinges.

The location of this apartment is amazing, right next to the main shopping street, very close to metro and bus stations, perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself has big kitchen with oven, stove etc.

− I was surprised that the apartment building was not accessible by the digital key provided and if we weren't lucky, we wouldn't be able to get in. The owner got in touch only the next day. The apartment itself was accessible ok. There was a difference between the photos and actual look of thr apartment, it was quite dark, but not filthy or something. What I do not recommend, is stayimg with a family, because it's one room with no doors, so it was uncomfortable for us - after children went to sleep, you couldn't have lights on etc. without disturbing them. Also thr bathroom could be better, but all of those things can be seen from the photos, I just did not realise that and was charmed by nice pictures so I don't blame the owners. But what was really bad, were the beds. There wasn't normal bed. The couch was awful, that could be expected, however the "master bed" was very small and very unconfortable. Felt like waterbed. Compared to other places, this one was definitely cheaper than others, so probably this could be expected, but i wouldn't book this place again with a family. As a couple, yes. But not for more than 2 people.

Dirty flat, bad communication, but good location

The location of the appartment is great. Metro and bus stops are close and the area is full of restaurants and little stores. the appartment is spacious and getting in was easy.

− When we arrived in the flat we discovered that everything was still dirty. After several calls from our side, finally somebody came to do the cleaning. During that time we had to leave the appartment. When we came back some of our food was thrown away. We have been promissed a refund, but after again several attemps to get in contact with the owner after our trip, we did not get back any feedback. Considering the cost of the appartment for a family I cannot recommend this accomodation.
