10.0Appartamento accogliente e spazioso a due passi dal mare, pulito con un balconcino molto carino.
− L' ascensore vecchio e inquietante.. molte volte abbiamo preferito salire a piedi
Quite a disapointment
1.0- Location was great - Opening the doors with a PIN code worked well - The house operator tried to fix issues immediately even through holidays.
− - THE DIRT everywhere the entire appartment was dirty, Thick cover of dust on the shelfs. Photos included. - Dishwasher was rusted through possibly from some chemical. Photos included. - Heating was not working so we had to use A/C for heating not a big issue but still an issue - Water faucet in the kitchen sink was broken it only produced super hot water or cold water - We were promissed a 10% refund for our inconvenience and never got it. I guess you cannot trust what is promised even on booking. - Furniture was old and wiggly - Kitchen equipment and plates were only for 3 ppl. and only 2 chairs. - We dont have any evidence but I have a strong suspicion that there were mices in the walls !!!
Nettes Appartement, tolle Lage - aber Auffrischung notwendig
7.0Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung ist gut. Willkommens Päckchen mit Kaffee, Öl und Salz ist niedlich. Ausstattung Küche ok. Waschmaschine vorhanden und Supermarkt vor der Tür. Nah am Strand und an der Metro.
− Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Personen, hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Stühlen und kleinen Tisch, was recht ungünstig zum Frühstücken ist. Das Sofa war recht abgesessen mit einer lockeren Seitenlehne. Matratzen sind schon recht durchgelegen. Wenn man Abends Ruhe möchte, sollte man nicht dort wohnen, da die Strasse sehr laut ist. (Aber sehr schön).

10.0the best apartment i have ever been in, lots of space, everything was clean and had EVERYTHING you need, dishes, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, lots of closet space, From the balcony you could see the sea, there was a dryer, I really liked everything!!!
− the only thing is that it's a bit far from the sights, but it's close to the sea
