Great location and apartment, beware of the narrow staircase (not for people who can't climb up)

The location is excellent, very convenient. The apartment is through an old building and the kitchen is towards the Plaza and the bedroom to a quiet alley. It was clean, nespresso coffeemaker with a few coffee tabs were provided. Check-in is contactless, you get a pin code. There is no reception. They will provide you with Bounce luggage storage on the day you arrive and on the day you leave. The nearest was in a small supermarket around the corner, which was also without any problems. You can buy water, groceries etc in the same store. The rooftop is a bit small, but nice to sit in the evening.

− Just be aware that this is an old building. As this is an old building, the spiral stairs are very narrow, like in an old castle tower and there are a LOTS of steps (my apartment was in the third floor). There is no lift, so you need to carry your own luggage up. My large luggage got stuck a lot of times. So this is NOT an apartment for people with physical conditions, difficulties climbing a lot of stairs nor for the people who are not able to carry their own luggage up. But if you are fit and can do it, there are encouraging messages painted in the wall to cheer you up on your way to the lovely apartment :)

The apartment had everything we needed. The location was excellent, and the place was spotless. We were very satisfied with our stay.

− The only downside was that our apartment was on the 4th floor, and we had to climb a small spiral staircase all the way up, which was quite difficult.

Es hermoso, vale la pena pero ojo con la escalera.

Tiene dos balcones con vista hermosa e inmejorable. El piso está bien decorado y es hermoso, la cama cómoda y el aire acondicionado bueno. Además, tiene cocina y lavadora, eso facilita harto las cosas. Hay muchas tiendas buenas super cerca y el barrio debe ser el más bonito del Born. Lejos.

− Creo que aunque era bonita la escalera, es súper incómodo subir y bajar solo una persona dos maletas y una de 23 kilos. Cuesta muchísimo porque es enano el espacio de la escalera. Alguien debería ayudar en esto. Tampoco me gustó la falta de amenidades. Cuando fui a Numa en lisboa, me dejaron 2 aguas, papas fritas y un snack dulce, además de 2 cervezas completamente gratis. Aquí nada y era mucho más caro.
